Welcome to my blog, an inside view of what I’m doing with the lemons life is handing me♥ –My Lemonade.
This blog is something I have been wanting to get going for a few months now. Due to all the recent changes and transitions in my life I’ve felt a sudden push to jump in to it . I found that this blog allows me to keep a personal log of my progress. Maybe in some way this blog will give me the ability to give to you what has been given to me. I have a feeling I’m not the only one who has had to face some of the things I have been facing throughout my journey. My hope is that you will be able to take something from what I have learned thus far and gain from what I am learning along the way as I continue to post and blog on my good days and bad.
In this blog you will see I have 4 tabs.
“Daily Read“– This tab is a daily motivational reading that I will be posting in my own words from my personal daily reading resources. My readings are something that have helped me start off my days. Hopefully this is something you can use to add to your day as much as it has added to mine.
“My Story”– This tab gives those of you who don’t know me on a personal level a brief overview of myself and of course a piece of my story (This tab may also give you a better idea of what my heart is behind this blog).
“Health & Fitness“– This tab will cover my personal fitness goals, tips and progress. Again, I am not a fitness buff. I will share what I know, and what has worked best for ME. With that being said, everyone’s body is different and everyone has different goals, strengths and weaknesses . This is mainly to track my personal progress. If there is anything that you feel you can gain from what I have to share and/or offer you then GREAT! I am just an average person facing average obstacles with passionate goals.
“Good For The Mind”– This tab is mainly geared around my “Life Lessons” if you will… My day-to-day obstacle progress. Things I am learning on my journey to becoming…. well… me, a better me, a healthier me. I will be posting tips on here as well. You will hear me keep saying this but, I do not claim to have some astonishing philosophy on life just sharing what has worked for me.
Like previously mentioned I have been going through a lot of tough changes and transitions in my life over the past couple of years and more so than ever these past couple of months. I have been reaching out for help and assistance along the way because I want to be a better me, a healthier me inside and out! I feel in these past couple of months I have been on the road to finding what I have been looking for. Things are falling into its place and I feel as though I’m finally getting my head above water. I’m not saying the lemons I have been handed have suddenly vanished, just simply saying that I am finally seeing that those lemons aren’t quit as bitter as I thought them to be in the beginning and turns out they are actually good for you. I am in the process of writing out the recipe for “My Lemonade”. So, this blog is just that in and of itself. You will find that I will be referencing people and resources that have been helping me along this journey of mine. I will only offer and share what has worked for ME. Things I myself have tried and practiced. Which means that I do not claim to have THE solution or answer that solves all problems known to man lol. Take what you like and leave the rest.
I am an amateur blogger so there will be plenty of revising for a while just to give you a heads up.
